Terms and Conditions

Payments can be made in cash or by check payable to ST. CLARE MONTESSORI SCHOOL OF ANTIPOLO RIZAL, INC.
The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Cashier’s Office will collect:
- Ten percent (10%) if the student withdraws within the first week of classes, regardless of the mode of payment availed and whether or not the student has actually attended classes.
- Twenty percent (20%) if the student withdraws within the second week of classes, regardless of the mode of payment availed and whether or not the student has actually attended classes.
- The school fees (tuition and miscellaneous) in full if the student withdraws anytime after the second week of classes.
For semestral mode of payment, the balance should be settled on or before November 15.
For trimestral mode of payment, the balance should be settled on or before September 15 and December 15.
For quarterly mode of payment, the balance should be settled on or before September 15, December 15, and February 15.
For monthly mode of payment, the balance should be settled on or before the 30th day of each month.
Bounced checks are considered late payments. Failure to pay accounts on the given due date will result in a surcharge of 3% for every month lapsed.
No certification or other pertinent documents shall be issued unless the full tuition fee and other school fees for the school year are fully settled.
An Examination Permit will be issued before the Quarterly Test. Students are not allowed to take the test unless their accounts are paid, settled, or coordinated.
Upon enrolment, fees for learning partners such as Scholastic, Standards-Based Assessment, School Management System, and Schools Digital Technology will be automatically charged to the student’s account. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full in case of withdrawal of enrolment.
